As COVID-19 continues to be a daily factor in the lives of Canadians, I would like to assure both current and prospective students that I take COVID-19 protocols in my studio very seriously. During lessons, I wear a CAN-99 mask whenever possible and ensure that my COVID-19 boosters are up to date. My studio is equipped with a particle filter and I keep at least one window partially open during lessons to ensure proper air circulation.
In order to keep all the students in my studio and their families safe, I would ask that students refrain from attending in-person lessons if they are experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19. I am happy to reschedule any lessons that this might affect, or conduct lessons online via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Skype. While I do not require student masking for in-person lessons, the most up-to-date information from Ottawa Public Health still recommends masking indoors.
